Each of Villa Zaztun's four charming Condolitos
have an air-conditioned bedroom, full bath, and open space kitchen,
living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped to prepare anything from
snacks and cocktails to a full course meal. The living room has ample
seating to gather and swap daily dive stories, watch TV or simply relax
with an afternoon siesta. There is a cozy dining area with seating for
4.
The bedroom of each condolito is air conditioned and furnished with a
queen sized bed, closet, dresser drawers, end tables, desk, lamps, and
chair with direct access to a private patio if on the ground level or a
private terrace if on the upper level. Or, relax in the front courtyard
surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, trees and friendly, curious
geckos.
Our awesome rooftop provides beautiful panaramic views of quaint San
Miguel! It's the perfect setting for sunning, sharing cocktails or
romantic dining. Stargaze in the later evening to the occasional sound
of distant church bells. There are chairs and tables, benches, sun
loungers, grills and hammocks shaded by beautiful sail shades and
surrounded by a perimeter 1/4 wall for privacy from the street and
surrounding homes.
As guests at one of Villa Zaztun's four island themed condolitos, you
will have free fiber optic wireless internet (the best available in
Cozumel), HDTV with some English speaking channels, starter items and
weekly cleaning service included in your rental rate. There is a digital
safe in each for added peace of mind.
On May 2nd, 2017 we began major renovations on all 4 condos at Villa Zaztun. Painting, complete kitchen and bedroom over-haul, cabinets/shelving in the bathroom, overhead lighting and furniture re-upholstery/re-covers as well as painting and expanding the grill area of the rooftop. We finished just in time to welcome our first guests in November. We have uploaded pictures of the renovations and hope you like what we have done!!
