Reservation and Cancelation Policy
 

Reservation Policy

  
 

If Booking is made 60 days or more prior to Check-in Date

a.       Deposit to hold the reservation of each condo is $600 USD, and is due within 7 days of booking

b.      The Total Amount of the reservation, including security deposit is due 60 days prior to Check-In;

c.       Any reservation made within 60 days of check-in, total amount is due at the time of booking.

  
 

Cancelation Policy

  
 

We have a fair but strict cancelation policy

In the event that you have had to cancel your reservation and have forfeited any portion of RENT monies, we will do our best to secure another reservation for that time period. If we are able to rent the property for that period or any portion of that period, we will issue you a refund for the days we were able to rent.

 
  TRAVEL INSURANCE: To offer you the best services possible, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy below. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment. Please email us if you would like to receive more information on who to contact to purchase travel insurance.  
 

1.       If Booking is made prior to 60 days of Check-in Date

a.       Cancelation within 7 days of Booking, total refund

b.      Cancelation past 7 but within 30 days of booking, forfeiture of 50 % of deposit

c.       Cancelation past 30 days of booking, but prior 60 days of Check-In, total forfeiture of deposit.

d.      Cancelation prior to 30 days of Check-In, 50% forfeiture of rent, deposit is returned

e.      Cancelation on or within 30 days of Check-In, total forfeiture of rent, deposit is returned

 2.       If Booking is made within 30 to 60 days of Check-in Date

a.       Cancelation within 7 days of Booking, total refund

b.      Cancelation past 7 but within 21 days of booking, forfeiture of 100 % of deposit

c.       Cancelation prior to 14 days of Check-In, 50% forfeiture of rent, deposit is returned

d.      Cancelation within 7 days of Check-In, total forfeiture of rent, deposit is returned

 3.       If Booking is made within 30 days of Check-in Date

a.       Cancelation within 5 days of booking, total refund

b.      Cancelation within 25 days of Check-In, total forfeiture of rent, deposit is returned
