Villa Zaztun's condo rentals were built with divers in mind! On the roof, there is a dive gear rinse tank and plenty of clothes line and sturdy hooks for drying your gear.
Our high speed fiber optic internet is the best available on the island & comes with many HD & English speaking TV channels and comes free with your long or short term apartment rental!

We have a few restrictions to ensure EVERYONE'S enjoyment:
- In general, Villa Zaztun is a non-smoking property. With SPECIAL PERMISSION we may allow smoking on the roof providing you are considerate of non-smokers.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. A third guest will be allowed at $10 per night extra and must be approved prior to their stay.
- The primary renter must be age 30 or older unless active-duty military
- No groups of non-paying guests are allowed without special permission, granted in advance.
- No pets are permitted either inside or outside of a condolito
Customer Testimonials
We stayed here for a week and it truly made the trip even better than what we had hoped for. The apartment was spacious with 2 balconies and a large bedroom and living area and it had everything we needed. The water pressure was great and the shower head was high (this is unusual in Mexico!). Everything was spotless. There is a great grocery store a 2 min walk away that has everything you need and it's 5 min to the ocean and 10 min to walk "downtown". We felt very safe in this neighborhood walking around at any time of day or night. The rooftop patio is the best part though, there is a great breeze up there and it's got a nice view of the city. Perfect place to start and end the day. We will be back here, I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great experience in Cozumel.
Had amazing vacation. Close to ocean. Accessible to all possible activities. Whether you want to just relax or be on the go you can do it here. Hosts incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Fabulous time had by all.
I stayed at Villa Zaztun for a week of diving . The accommodations were great. It's a nice place, gated and within walking distance to grocery shopping (Chedraui), cabs, and restaurants.
My family and I stayed in villa zazun in San Miguel Cozumel this summer and had a great time. The apartment was great: safe, clean and nicely decorated. We liked staying in San Miguel instead of a resort, feeling like we had genuine cultural experiences that we wouldn't have at a resort. My kids, 15 and 12, felt that way too. You won't find a nicer place with better value.

Most dive sites are found within the Cozumel Reefs National Marine Park, which protects much of the second largest barrier reef system in the world, the Meso-American reef system.
Created in 1996, the park is home to some 26 types of corals with more than 100 subspecies and more than 500 fish species.

Head for one of the restaurants or bars located around Parque Benito Juarez to enjoy a delicious meal and a couple of cocktails.
Unlike Cancun and Playa del Carmen, Cozumel is known for having a more casual nightlife scene yet the bars and activities are many.

Villa Zaztun is an American owned and operated Condo Villa, located in Corpus Christi, Cozumel's premier residential area. The Villa is a five-minute walk to the island's largest grocery store and a ten-minute walk to the central plaza. In addition, it is in view of the beautiful Corpus Christi Cathedral and five blocks from the ocean front, making Villa Zaztun a convenient and beautiful getaway!
